The 2+ hour video below, produced by NPR's Jazz Night In America program, features the background story on the legendary saxophonist Kamasi Washington and his long time friends and musical collaborators, as well as the music from his album titled The Epic, filmed live at it's release party at the Regent Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California.
